Four Seasons Photographing Iowa's Forest, Wetland, and Prairie
I am a landscape journalist who documents nature’s sublime expression of creative intelligence. The beauty of her light, the sounds she whispers, her sweet fragrances - all lead me along her trails, drawing me to my own inner silence. Standing in that silence I witness and record with my camera. If you spend just a few moments looking at each photograph you might see the play of nature’s sublime creative intelligence being expressed in light, color, and texture - just as I did when I photographed these scenes.
